Return policy

We provide a hassle free 7 days money back guarantee to give you the opportunity to inspect your item. We offer this to assure our customers that we are confident that you will be satisfied with your item and our service. This 7 days money back or item replacement warranty is for DOA(dead on arrival) or mechanical problems only. The 7 days period starts from the time recorded as “delivered” in the post service’s tracking system.

N. B. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in brand new unused condition. Item must be returned with a reliable postal service and it should be packed properly. If the item lost or damaged at the time of return shipping we will not be held liable for that and no refund will be provided. CustomerPagers.com will not pay for the cost of returning any item.

Warranty

We offer a 12 months manufacturers warranty for any manufacturer defects. Your item will need to be returned to our authorized service centre where we will take action about your claim and have your item either repaired or replaced. Your item will then be returned to your nominated address at no cost to you.Warranty does not cover – data, software lose or damage by virus, damage to other equipment or data used in conjunction with the items purchased or business loss due to malfunctions.
